About Bachelor of Design - Photography
Professional faculty, creative curriculum, and ample studio space and equipment provide a dynamic, supportive learning environment for Photography students at AUArts.
Studio facilities
Photography students have dedicated, fully equipped lighting studios, a print lab facility, and critique spaces to produce, print and evaluate their work with guidance from faculty and technicians.
- Photography studios and Syke Wall (seamless background), including introductory hot light studio and advanced strobe lights
- Print lab facility with wide-format printers and soft proofing stations
- Equipment cage with light kits, medium format cameras, tripods, and more
- Dedicated program technicians
- Student-run photo gallery (Nicole Creig Memorial Gallery)
AUArts’ Photography faculty are award winning, innovative educators who share their keen understanding of the changing and evolving world of photography with students in a stimulating, supportive environment. AUArts Photography alumni pursue careers in advertising, editorial, and the fine arts.
